Lou, It looks like all the time we spent in the gym together in Kernow is paying rich dividends! It seems a long time ago since we had a beer or two by the Thames. Next ones are on me (again). You are doing an amazing job. Best wishes.

Lou and all the guys, great determination and resilience. Lou, your secret DIY fetish is now coming to light! You are in danger of being renamed MacGyver. Hope you get the heels sorted. The London crew send their best. All the best. J
Hi Kev and Team. Sorry to hear that you have been held up again. I have got my fingers crossed for a better day tomorrow for you. I have just posted £710 to your Just Giving site for The Royal British Legion. I did a bike ride and thanks to close family and friends, too many to mention, (you all know who you are) for being so generous and supportive in raising this fantastic amount of money. Barclays will match this £4£ so another £710 will be finding its way to The Royal British Legion in due course. Love and admiration to you all, God Bless and keep safe. Love Mum and Dad B XXXXX

Hi Little Brov (Vic)
Enjoying reading how you’re going over there. Sorry to hear the weather is pretty bad at the moment – hope it improves soon! Mike and I are thinking about you and willing you to win! Take care of yourself! Love Sis xx
Sorry I missed your call today Vic. Course has started well with 109 out the expected 135 for January. Lots of enthusiasm and positive thinking. Swinny did his stuff today followed by an excellent brief on nutrition. I may be an old cynic but came back tonight with a real buzz about the course. Hope you get out of the tents and back onto the sticks soon. One day at a time…..
